Terms of Use for Badminton Clash

Welcome to Badminton Clash!

By accessing or using Badminton Clash in any way, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the game or contributing content, information, or other materials to the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of Badminton Clash ("we", "us", or "our").

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use Badminton Clash. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf before you access the game.

All rights, title, and interest in and to Badminton Clash (Including but not limited to name, LOGO, ICON...excluding content provided by users themselves) are and will remain the exclusive property of Badminton Clash and its licensors.

7. User Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you post ("UGC"). We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content (e.g., pornography, hate speech, violence) and reserve the right to remove it or terminate accounts immediately. You can report violations to kf@sofunny.com, and we will take action within 24–48 hours. By posting UGC, you grant Badminton Clash a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display your content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Badminton Clash immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

Badminton Clash is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, Badminton Clash explicitly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Badminton Clash and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the game. You agree that you use the game at your sole risk and assume full responsibility for all associated consequences.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.If the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence provide otherwise, such local laws and jurisdictions shall apply.

13. Distribution

The distribution of Badminton Clash in any form is strictly prohibited except by Badminton Clash or through explicit, written permission granted by Badminton Clash. This includes, but is not limited to, distributing the game on any website, platform, file-sharing service, or physical media. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of the game is a violation of our intellectual property rights and is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to distribute Badminton Clash without the express permission of Badminton Clash may result in legal action and the termination of your account and access to the game.
