Device and technical information, such as device model, device type, operating system and version, language settings, and region/locale,app version, client version, crash logs, and diagnostic information,device identifiers and advertising identifiers (such as IDFA, Google Advertising ID [GAID], or OAID),IP address, network status, and the date and time of access.

 

Game usage and gameplay information, such as login time, registration time, session duration, level, score, rank, match records, battle statistics, achievements, progress, virtual items, game settings, interactions with other players, and other gameplay events.

 

Security, anti-cheat, and moderation information, such as suspicious behavior records, abnormal device or account signals, cheat detection data, fraud indicators, reports from other users, moderation decisions, and information necessary to detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to cheating, abuse, fraud, illegal content, account theft, or violations of our terms.

 

Advertising and analytics information, such as advertising identifiers (including the AppsFlyer ID), campaign attribution data, app opens, deep link opens, ad interactions, install source, in-game event data, and aggregated analytics. This also includes information used to measure ad performance, deliver personalized advertising, and improve the Game, where applicable.

 

3. Information from Third Parties

We may receive personal information from third parties, including:

 

Data from platform and account providers, such as app stores, social login providers, game platforms, or identity providers, when you use those services to access the Game.

 

Data to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaign from our advertisement service provider.

 

Data from customer support, community, security, anti-cheat, and technical service providers, to help us operate the Game, resolve user issues, maintain a fair gaming environment, detect bugs, prevent abuse, and protect account security.

Certain Game features may request access to device permissions. We will request such permissions through your device or operating system where required.The specific permissions or device features requested may vary depending on your device, operating system, region, Game version, and the features you use.

 

If you deny or disable a permission, the related feature may not function properly, but you may still be able to use other parts of the Game.

 

Depending on the features available in the Game, permissions may include:

 

Network access, for example to connect to game servers, download game resources and updates, enable online gameplay.

 

Notifications, for example to send account, event, reward, service, or gameplay reminders.

 

Advertising ID and tracking permission, where applicable, to measure ads, perform attribution, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, and deliver personalized ads with consent where required.Specifically, we utilize IDFA on iOS devices (subject to your explicit consent via the App Tracking Transparency framework), and Google Advertising ID (GAID) or OAID on Android devices, for the purposes of campaign attribution, fraud prevention, ad frequency capping, and the delivery of personalized advertisements.

In order to provide our game services to you, we may collect and process your personal data for one or multiple purposes including to:

· To save your game progress, support gameplay across devices, provide gameplay features, enable online gameplay, matchmaking, multiplayer features, rankings, achievements, social interactions, sharing of gameplay content, and other in-game functions;

· To diagnose errors, analyze crashes, fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain the stability and security of the Game;

· To process purchases, deliver virtual items or rewards, verify transactions, handle refunds, and prevent payment fraud;

· To provide customer support, respond to your inquiries, process your requests, and resolve disputes;

· To send you service-related communications, including game updates, security alerts, account notifications, technical notices, purchase confirmations, reward notifications, and administrative messages;

· To conduct surveys, promotions, events, beta tests, contests, giveaways, and reward programs, where applicable;

· To help you find, invite, or connect with friends or other players, where such features are available;

· To measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing programs, perform attribution and analytics, and, where permitted by law or with your consent where required, deliver advertising that may be relevant to your interests;

Your use or continued use of our games and services indicates that you acknowledge that your information may be shared in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
